If you are a resident of the Shorewood-Troy Public Library District, you may apply for a card at the circulation desk on the main floor. Library cards are good for 3 years, and must be renewed in-person with proper ID. The applicant's signature is required at the time of registration.

TO SIGN UP:
  1. Bring 2 separate forms of ID:
    • One with a current photo (Driver's License, Employee ID, etc.)
    • One with your current address (Driver's License, mail, bill, etc.)

If you are a parent:
Children between the ages of 5 and 17 can also receive library cards. A parent or legal guardian is required to sign the application form. Children's cards have the same privileges as adult cards other than internet access, which may be restricted by the parent or guardian.
