Information/Procedures - *UPDATED*
As of July 2017, the library board updated the Proctor Policy and fees. Anyone requesting a proctor must read and sign the updated policy.

Proctoring Policy (Must Be Signed Prior to Test)

Appointments must be scheduled at least 96 hours (4 days) in advance.  Tests will only be scheduled on WEEKDAYS.  No tests can be started after 2pm (in order to allow test-takers adequate time to take their test).

A 24 hour notice must be provided in the event of cancellation. Frequent cancellations or lack of notification may result in the removal of proctoring privileges.

The test takers must contact their school/institution to coordinate the exam.

A valid photo I.D. must be presented at the time of the exam.

The library can not assume responsibility for completed exams not received by the testing institution. We encourage you to check with your institution to ensure your test was received.
