COMPUTERS & TECHNOLOGY
WHAT'S AVAILABLE?
Desktop computers are available in the adult, teen, and children's area. A valid library card is required.

AGE RESTRICTIONS
You must use computers designated for your age group. Adults may use youth computers when their child is present with them in the children's area.

Children and teens must have parental consent listed on their library card accounts to access computers. Contact the library to verify whether your child's card allows computer access, or to change your preferences.

TIME LIMITS
Computers may be used for 1 hour, with extensions allowed when no one is waiting.

EXPRESS COMPUTER
An express computer is available for 15-minute use without a library card.
WI-FI ACCESS
Open WI-FI is available and free to use. To connect, go to your Wi-Fi settings and select STPL-WIFI.
SCANNING & FAXING
A public scanner is available and free to use when scanning to email or a USB drive.

Documents may also be faxed for $1.00 per page to send and $0.50 per page to receive.
PRINTING & COPYING
A public printer/copier is available for $0.10 per page in black and white and $0.25 per page in color.

You may add funds to your library card once your card has been activated through the printer. Ask at the reference desk to learn more.

Wireless Printing

Wireless printing allows you to print documents, photos, and webpages from your personal computer.

You can print at home, on your personal device at the library, or anywhere with an internet connection.

You can also print from your smartphone with the PrinterOn app.

GUEST PASSES
Guest passes are available for one-time computer access to those visiting from out-of-town.

  • An ID must be presented
  • Sessions can not be extended
  • A parent must be present, if under 18.
