Meeting Room AEmpty meeting room space

The Library offers one meeting room for public use. Our meeting room is available for civic, cultural, educational, and public information meetings. Meetings must be open to the public.

  • Located on the lower level of the library building
  • Holds a maximum of 85 people
  • Large square space with long tables, chairs, and a sink available
  • 15 minute set up and tear down time included in reservation

Room Reservation Rules

Fees

  • Non-Profit Group (up to 5 hours) – $10
  • For-Profit Group (up to 5 hours) – $50

Reservation & Responsibility

  • The meeting room may be reserved no more than 30 days in advance
  • The individual reserving the room must be at least 21 years of age and will be responsible for all members of their group

We also offer a study room that is great for studying, tutoring, attending virtual job interviews, or browsing the Internet. There is no fee for the study room.

  • Located on the lower level of the library
  • Comfortably holds between 1 and 3 people
  • Smaller space with 3 tables, chairs, and a computer

Reservation Rules

  • The individual reserving the room must be at least 16 years of age and will be responsible for all members of their group
  • The study room may be reserved no more than 48 hours in advance.

Rooms are subject to availability. Priority is given first to library programming.

Use of the rooms are subject to the policies adopted by the Library Board of Trustees. For more information, see the terms of the Meeting Room Policy and Study Room Policy.
